Vendor Information

 Thank you for your interest in the Middle Tennessee Sheep, Wool and Fiber Festival.  There are still plenty of spaces for vendors. Please contact us for an application or see the PDF file. Booth spaces will assigned on a first come basis. For more information,  please contact Beth Collier or Steve Shafer at tnfiberfestival@yahoo.com or 615-789-5943.

Show times: Friday 1 pm-7 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Set-up:  Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm     Saturday 7:00 am to 8:30 am

Saturday Tear-Down:  after 5:00pm. Electricity is available for most booths.  

Please indicate on application if you must have electricity. If you want more than two slots, let us know, we will give discounts for 3 or more booths.

Included with your acceptance into The Middle Tennessee Sheep, Wool, and Fiber Festival is a listing and link on the Vendors’ Page of our website www.tnfiberfestival.com . There will also be a program given to all participants and mailed to people inquiring about the festival. The PDF file has information on the ad prices.

Fees for booth spaces      All sizes are approximate.  

Greer Building (air conditioned): 10×12 including a table and 2 chairs $40.00 

Chandler Building: 10×10: $20.00  (Fully enclosed bldg, paved floor, electricity but no heat or air)

Sheep Barn:  $10 per  8×8 pen  or $15 for 8×16 pen

Outside booth space: (Provide your own tent)   $10.00 for 20’ section or $25 for unlimited space
