Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in the Middle Tennessee Sheep, Wool and Fiber Festival. Please contact us for an application or see the PDF file. Most of our vendors will be returning for the 2010 festival and we will be re-evaluating how much we be able to and want to expand if any. Additional booth spaces will assigned on a first come basis after the waiting list is accessed.

PDF Vendor contract: coming soon!
Show times: Friday 1 pm-7 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Set-up: Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday 7:00 am to 8:30 am
Sunday Tear-Down: after 4:00pm. Electricity is available for most booths.
Please indicate on application if you must have electricity. If you want more than two slots, let us know, we will give discounts for 3 or more booths.

Included with your acceptance into The Middle Tennessee Sheep, Wool, and Fiber Festival is a listing and link on the Vendors’ Page of our website www.tnfiberfestival.com . There will also be a program given to all participants and mailed to people inquiring about the festival. The PDF file has information on the ad prices.
Fees for booth spaces All sizes are approximate.
Chandler Building:
10×10: $20.00 (Fully enclosed bldg, paved floor,electricity but no heat or air)
Greer Building:
10×12 including a table and 2 chairs $40.00
Armory Buildi
ng:
10×12 including a table and 2 chairs $40.00
Sheep Barn:
$10 per 8×8 pen or $15 for 8×16 pen
Outside booth space:
(Provide your own tent) $10.00 for 20’ section or $25 for unlimited space
