Directions

The Dickson County Fairgrounds are very easy to find. It is just about 5 miles off of I-40 with only one turn off of the main highway.

The physical address of the fairgrounds is:

1035 East Walnut Street,  Dickson, TN 37055

East Walnut and TN Hwy 47 East  are the same road.

From I-40, get off at exit 172, the Dickson Centerville exit. Turn toward Dickson, (right if coming from Nashville, left if coming from Memphis). Go about 4 miles to the 4^th red-light at AutoZone (5^th if you came from Memphis). Turn right onto East Walnut Street (Hwy. 47 East). The fairgrounds are on the left about ¾ of a mile, just past the Dickson Housing Authority.  If you are local and want directions from Springfield, Franklin or Columbia area, call and we can give you directions.

GPS directions alert!—

Many GPS directions will have you turn right of Hwy. 46  at Lewis Hollow Rd.  Although it will get you to the fairgrounds, and is a fraction of a mile shorter, it will bring out on a bad blind curve. We highly suggest staying on Hwy. 46 until you get to AutoZone, and turn right there.
