Directions:
From North, South or East of Nashville:
Follow directions to Nashville. Watch for Interstate signs to I-40 west and head toward Memphis. You will leave Nashville, and Exit on exit 172 of of I-40, the Dickson/Centerville exit. Turn right off of the exit onto Hwy 46 and go approximately 5 miles, to the 4th red light (AutoZone is on your right). Turn right at Auto Zone onto Highway 47 Walnut Street), go about 1/2 mile up the hill. You will see the grandstands on the left and an old stone building (the Armory). Turn left into the fairgrounds and bear to the right of the stone building. Most of the events will be in back areas. (MapQuest gives an extra couple of turns. I think it is easier to go straight down to Auto Zone before turning).
From West of Nashville:
Head toward Nashville on I-40 East. Exit on exit 172 off of I-40, the 2nd Dickson/Centerville exit. Turn left off of the exit onto Hwy 46 and go approximately 5 miles, to the 5th red light (AutoZone is on your right). Turn right at Auto Zone onto Highway 47 Walnut Street), go about 1/2 mile up the hill. You will see the grandstands on the left and an old stone building (the Armory). For those who live close.
Franklin Area-I usually use Hwy 96, through Fairview. In Fairview, 96 and 100 share a small stretch of Highway. Watch the signs and turn right toward Dickson. Go several miles to I-40, and merge onto I-40 West toward Dickson. Exit on 172 ( the next exit) and follow the directions above from Nashville.
